Where is Rwanda?
Republic of Rwanda (Rwandan:; English: Republic of Rwanda; ; French: rérepublicue du Rwanda), referred to as Rwanda, is a sovereign country in central and eastern Africa. It borders the Democratic Republic of Congo in the west, Tanzania in the east, Uganda in the north and Burundi in the south. With a land area of 26,338 square kilometers and a population of12.9 million (2020), it is mainly composed of three ethnic groups, namely Hutu, Tutsi and Tewa. The whole country is divided into four provinces, namely East, South, West and North, and Kigali City. [ 1]
