"Those who produce and operate foods made of wild animals and their products that are forbidden to eat and endanger personal health and safety shall be punished in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)." 1 1. One article is added as Article 35: "Whoever, in violation of the provisions of Article 12 of these Measures, makes recipes containing the names, nicknames and patterns of wild animals that are forbidden to be eaten to attract or induce customers to eat them, the market supervision and management department shall order him to destroy the relevant recipes by himself and impose a fine of more than 2,000 yuan 1 10,000 yuan." (3) Whoever illegally transports or carries wild animals shall be ordered by the relevant competent department to stop the illegal act, confiscate the wild animals and illegal income, and impose a fine of more than one time but less than twenty times the value of the wild animals.

(5) Whoever forges, alters, buys, sells, transfers or rents the special hunting and catching license, hunting license, artificial breeding license, import and export permit and other relevant documents, special signs or relevant approval documents shall be confiscated by the wildlife administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level, and the illegal certificates, special signs, relevant approval documents and illegal income shall be fined not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 250,000 yuan; If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, the public security organ shall impose administrative penalties on public security according to law.
