Compared with ordinary microwave ovens, beautiful steaming cubes have more steaming functions, so they can cook more dishes. Personally, I prefer loofah tofu fish head soup.
Materials:
2 pieces of towel gourd, 2 pieces of tofu, ginger 1 piece, big fish head 1 piece, a little salt.
Production method:
1. Wash and chop the fish head, put it in a pot and fry it with oil and ginger.
2. Peel the loofah, wash it, cut it into pieces, wash the tofu with clear water, and drain the water for later use.
3. Add1200g boiling water to the pot, put all the above materials in, microwave15min, then turn to medium heat microwave for 30min to cook until cooked, and take out and season with a little salt.
It's simpler, more suitable for lazy people like me, and it tastes good. It is ok to drink in summer.
