Method 2: crispy pork fried rice
1. Heat the peanut oil in the cauldron with a medium torch.
2. Fried eggs. Put two lightly stirred eggs into the pot. Tilt the pan so that the egg liquid fills the pan. Fry the eggs thoroughly to ensure that the eggs are evenly layered. When frying in the middle (about two minutes later), turn the eggs over. Pick up the egg, cut it into small pieces and put it aside.
3. Add onion, garlic and ginger to the pot and stir fry. Boil with the remaining peanut oil for 2 minutes.

Method 3: Indonesian fried rice
1. Wash and drain the long white rice.
2. Boil the rice, water and chicken in a deep pot.
3. Cover the pot and reduce to low heat. Continue cooking until the water is absorbed and the rice becomes soft. This process takes about 15 minutes. Then put the pot down, cover it and let it stand for 5 minutes to let the rice absorb the taste.
4. Put the rice and meat in a shallow bowl and cool it to room temperature, which takes about 30 minutes. Refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
