Edible method of soaking green
Suizhou specialty-Suizhou people commonly call it "juanjian", which divides soybean oil skin into small squares of about 10 cm for later use; Soak the soaked green in boiling water, control the water to dry, chop it up, add a little diced lotus root and minced meat, add a little salt, ginger and onion, knead it into stuffing, wrap it in soybean oil into a favorite shape, and fry both sides with warm oil and low fire until golden brown.
