A delicious recipe for stir-fried beef with celery:
Ingredients: 150g celery, 200g beef, 1 egg white, 3 red peppers, 2 millet peppers, 1 small piece of ginger , 2 cloves of garlic, a little water, a little salt, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 3 grams of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet potato starch, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.
Steps:
1. First prepare the required ingredients. I used tenderloin for beef. The meat is relatively tender. If you don’t like spicy food, you can leave out the millet pepper.
2. Clean the beef first, then cut into thin slices against the grain.
3. Add 1 egg white, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, a little dark soy sauce, a little water and 1 spoon of sweet potato starch to the cut beef, mix well with your hands and then add 1 spoon of cooking oil and stir. Marinate evenly for a while.

7. Add the celery after the peppers are fried until they are raw, continue to stir-fry over high heat, and then add a little salt to taste. Do not fry the celery for too long, otherwise the color will not be green and the texture will not be crispy. This is the second tip .
8. Add the beef that has been fried in advance. Adding the beef before taking it out of the pan can ensure the tenderness of the beef.
9. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. You can also add some chicken essence to enhance the freshness. There is no need to add water when frying, because the celery will stir-fry out water.
