Prepare ingredients:

Chinese yam, purple sweet potato, matcha powder, cooked glutinous rice flour or coconut.

Operating steps:

1. yam and purple potato should be steamed in a pot to make mud.

2. The yam is divided into three parts, two of which are added with purple potato matcha powder.

Add cooked glutinous rice flour or coconut according to the degree of dryness and wetness of yam.

3. Take a part of each of the three colors and knead it into a small circle to flatten it.

Red beans, taro and cranberries can be kneaded into a circle in the middle.

Put the dipped powder into the mold to finish.

4. Put some honey in the middle and sprinkle some sweet-scented osmanthus.

Similan papaya milk

1. Put a proper amount of sago into boiling water and cook it with medium and small fire until it is translucent, leaving a little white in the middle, about 5-6 minutes.

2. Filter out the hot water for boiling sago (with paste).

3. Pour the translucent sago into a plate of cold water and rinse it off.

4. Filter the cold water, put it in a pot, add papaya and boil the milk.
