The practice of medicinal hot pot

1. Boned beef and cut into large slices. The beef liver is peeled and cut into pieces equivalent to beef. Wash the hairy belly, slice and cut into pieces. Lunch meat is cut into strips 4 cm long, 2 cm wide and 0.3 cm thick. Wash the dried tofu and cut it into strips. Fried shredded noodles in water. Slice kelp with water. 2. You can add the original soup and liquid medicine to taste during eating. Dishes: Can be mixed with cooked chicken oil, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, every dish.

Note: Don't add the soup and liquid medicine all at once. Leave a small amount and add it later. You should choose several large and even potatoes. Dried tofu is hard, so you can soak it in water first. If it doesn't taste good enough, you can also add some lard to the hot pot.
