Production process:
1. Slice squid, and cut red pepper, minced garlic and chives into small pieces.
2. Boil the oil out of the pot. When the oil is hot, garlic and red pepper will be fragrant.
3. Stir fry the squid until the squid blooms.
4. Heat oil, add shallots and stir-fry until 78% mature.
5. Add squid, add fish sauce to taste, and stir-fry evenly over high heat.
6. Add some starch water to thicken, stir-fry evenly and serve.
