Cooking tips
1, add cooking wine and ginger slices to remove fishy smell when chicken feet fly;
2, the toenails on the chicken feet are easy to fall off after cooking;
3. Don't boil the pot during stewing, so as not to affect the taste;
4, this soup does not need to add too much seasoning, just add some salt to taste after cooking, what you want is the original flavor;
5. My jujube is relatively large, so it is enough to put 5 or 6 pieces, and you can put more pieces of smaller jujube;
6. orange peel can be replaced by dried tangerine peel, which I don't have at home, so I use orange peel instead.
