Long Yin Xiaxian Cave Scenic Area is located at the junction of Osmanthus fragrans, persimmon trees and South China sanxiang town in Yunxian County, within the territory of the ancient tomb and Dongxi Village of persimmon trees township, with Fiona Fang 18 square kilometers. Development started in March, 1994. 1April, 1997 was designated as "designated domestic tourism unit in China" by the state. 1September, 1998, Longyinxia held its first tour, which marked that it entered the stage of full opening.
