Step 1
Cook 35g of rice to make just enough for a bowl. (My baby eats one bowl per meal. He has been eating 35g of rice since he was 1 year and 2 months old. When he grows up, he will add more meat, vegetables, etc.) Step 2
Supor’s milk pot has a water level Wire. (Because my baby had to eat rotten food when he was young. I usually cook it for a while until it becomes mushy, which is easier for the baby to swallow.) Step 3
Stir the pot when it is almost boiling , the rice will stick to the bottom. Step 4
When the pot is boiling, you can turn off the heat. Step 5
Pour it into the stew beaker. Step 6
Tighten the lid. Be careful not to tighten it too tightly. It should not be too loose. If you tighten it too hard, it will be difficult to unscrew it. Step 7
Tighten the outer cap. Step 8
Finished product step 9
Finished product step 10
In one and a half hours, the rice has bloomed. Even if you simmer it overnight, it will still look like this. If it is for breakfast, it can still be eaten hot.
Tips
If you want to save gas, simmer it an hour and a half in advance. When tightening the first cap, don't tighten it too hard. Probably about right. Otherwise it will be difficult to unscrew it after a while. (I usually use a stewing beaker to save gas)
If you want to simmer overnight, tighten it slightly. I'm afraid it will get cold after a long time.
