Ingredients: abalone, clam, razor clam, shrimp and snail.
Seasoning: Ren Mei pepper (spicy friends can use it themselves), garlic, ginger, coriander, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken juice, steamed fish and soy sauce, sesame oil, aged vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, mixed vegetable juice, purified water and lemon.

Wash seafood for later use
Slice the lemon and remove the seeds.
Side dishes: diced pepper, diced garlic, diced ginger and diced coriander (dosage 1: 1).
2. Mix the sauce (1 spoon is 10g).
Sauce: Chili, garlic, ginger and coriander. Add 3 tablespoons oyster sauce, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 spoon chicken juice, 2 tablespoons steamed fish soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 6 tablespoons aged vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar and a little monosodium glutamate.
Add salad juice and purified water (dosage 1: 1: 1) to the above sauce, and finally add lemon slices.

Boil water in the pot and add onion ginger wine to remove the fishy smell.
Abalone: Boil abalone in water, turn off the fire and stew for 3 minutes, then rinse it with cold water (ice water will make it taste better).
