500g sparerib, 2 sections of fresh lotus root, scallion 1 root, cut into sections, ginger 1 slice, sliced, 2 teaspoons of salt, and cooking wine 1 teaspoon.
working methods
1. Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces.
2. Wash the lotus root and cut into pieces.
3. Pour cold water into a casserole or boiling pot, and put the washed ribs in.
4. Boil the water with medium fire, float the blood bubbles floating on the water surface, and then add the lotus root into the ribs until it is 78% mature.
5. Put onion, ginger, salt and cooking wine in the pot.
6. Simmer on low heat 1 hour or so, add lotus root and stew for 1 hour or so until the lotus root becomes soft (my mother will add some red dates when stewing soup, which is said to be better for people).
Note that I put red dates! Very colorful! Tastes more delicious!
