1. Wash the meat first, cut it into small pieces, put it on a plate, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cornstarch, add a little oil, stir and set aside. Wash the garlic, cut it and put it on a plate for later use.
2. Wash the cauliflower and break it into small pieces with your hands. If it cannot be broken, cut it with a knife. Then wash the beans used as ingredients and cut them into small pieces.
3. Clean the pot, turn on the heat, pour in oil, pour a little more, because we are going to fry something. Fry the cauliflower. After the oil boils, just pour the cauliflower and beans in and fry, then add some salt. After about two minutes, when the cauliflower is probably cooked, turn off the heat and put it on a plate for later use.
4. Pour out part of the oil in the pot, leaving enough oil for frying the meat. Turn on the heat. After the oil boils, pour in the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then pour in the marinated meat and stir-fry. After about a minute, when you feel that the meat is almost cooked, pour in the fried cauliflower and beans, and stir-fry evenly. After about half a minute, turn off the heat and put it on a plate.
