Practice of salted fish and tomato pot

Prepare an eggplant. My eggplant is relatively long, which can be as small as two pieces, one salted fish, one dried squid and minced onion, ginger and garlic.

Dice salted fish, slice eggplant and shred dried squid.

The pot is wide. When it is 40% to 50% hot, the eggplant will be fried. When it softens slightly, take it out and drain it.

Add a little oil to the wok and stir-fry salted fish and shredded squid.

Stir-fry onion, ginger and garlic together.

Then pour in the eggplant and stir fry.

Add soy sauce and salt and stir well.
