First of all, the first step is to chop the coriander and set it aside, as shown below.
Second, chop the shallots and set them aside, as shown in the figure below.
3. Put the snakehead in a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, and add onion, ginger and dried tangerine peel.
Fourth, then cover the pot, choose a big fire and cook slowly, as shown below.
5. After boiling, turn to low heat, move the fish with a spoon, avoid boiling, and cook for 30 minutes.
After six or thirty minutes, put some salt in the bowl, add onion leaves and coriander leaves, and it tastes delicious.
