Question 2: What can an induction cooker do? There is an induction cooker in my home. It can do everything, equivalent to a stove without fire. Just have a pan that matches the cooktop. Generally, you will get two pots when you buy an induction cooker. Wok and soup pot.

Question 9: What is the appropriate power for cooking with an induction cooker? Although the induction cookers above 65,438+600 W can be used for cooking at present, there are nothing more than three kinds: flat induction cookers with pots, concave induction cookers with round bottoms and flat induction cookers with flat or round bottoms. We focus on the difference between the latter two round bottoms. Equipped with a round bottom pot with the same caliber, the effective area covered by magnetic lines of the concave induction cooker is larger than that of the flat-concave dual-purpose induction cooker. However, due to the direct contact between the bottom of the pot and the ceramic panel, power and heat dissipation are a pair of bottlenecks restricting the heat conversion efficiency. Therefore, the power cannot be designed too much, usually in the range of 1600 W-2000 W, which is not suitable for long-term cooking. In order to achieve the ideal "stir-fry" effect, it is best to equip the induction cooker with a special insulation pot with insulation layer. However, the contact point of the flat and concave dual-purpose induction cooker is in the universal bracket, and the pot body does not directly contact with the top plate, so most of the converted heat energy is used for cooking, and no special heat preservation pot is needed. If used, the effect is more ideal. The furnace temperature has little restriction on power, and the power design can reach 3000W, which can be used for cooking for a long time.
Followed by the pot, although all kinds of induction cooker manufacturers claim that their products support a variety of pots, such as stainless steel pot, iron pot, magnetic aluminum alloy pot, magnesium alloy pot, ceramic pot, purple casserole and so on. Not every pot can have the best heat conversion efficiency, and not all stainless steel pot can use it. For example, austenitic steel is not suitable for induction cooker because of its low magnetic permeability. Generally, pots with high magnetic permeability, low resistivity and thick pot bottom are more suitable for induction cookers. If there is a pot bottom with heat insulation coating, it is more ideal that the pot surface is not sticky. For the flat and concave dual-purpose induction cooker, we should also pay attention to the proper depth of the pot.
In addition to the combination of stove and pot, the choice of power should also be particular. It is best to choose a 2000W concave induction cooker, not too big or too small. 2000 W-2400 W flat concave induction cookers are very practical. It is very convenient to control the oil temperature and firepower when cooking with an induction cooker. Even novices can cook chef-level dishes step by step, but the temperature control and fire control of induction cookers are still not humanized at present.
