Two slices of whole wheat bread (not whole wheat is ok)
Peanut butter right amount
A banana
Appropriate amount of cucumber
Carrot right amount
ham sausage
Fruit smoothies
Appropriate amount of fruits or nuts such as blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, apples, bananas and walnuts.
Proper amount of milk
Recipe practice:
Cut off the four sides of the bread with a knife.
Roll the bread flat with a rolling pin.
Spread peanut butter on it, cut off the head and tail of a whole banana and roll it on the bread. Roll it tightly. Cut it into four sections.
Or nothing, cucumber, carrot, sausage shredded, rolled into slices of bread, rolled in, cut into sections or not.
Milkshake: Cut all kinds of fruits into pieces and put them into the juicer. Pour in less than half the fruit and make a milkshake.
