First, why must the League members be introduced into the League branch?
Each league member must be in a branch, and the organizational relationship of the league members can only be in the League branch, not in the Youth League Committee, the Youth League Working Committee or the General League branch. Therefore, league members must be directly input or imported into the branch by the league branch administrator or the administrator of the direct superior organization.
There are league cadres in every organization, so administrators of grass-roots league committees, league committees, league general branches and league branches can import league cadres information at the same level in batches or individually, and the import method of league cadres in league branches is the same as that of league members.
2. Who can modify the organization information?
There are two ways to modify the league information:
The first type: it is modified by the administrator of this organization, and the modification needs to be approved by the administrator of the superior organization, and it will not take effect until it is approved;
The second type: modified by the administrator of the immediate superior organization, and it will take effect directly after modification.
Third, what is login failure?

4. How to operate the "organizational relationship transfer" function of the Youth League branch?
There are two ways to transfer the organizational relationship of the League branch management center: transfer-in and transfer-out.
Path: Management Center-Business Processing-Organization Relationship Transfer Processing-Transfer-in and Transfer-out Processing.
1. "Handle Transfer-in" is used to transfer the organizational relationship of other League branch members to the current League branch.
Operating Steps: Enter the name and ID number of the member to be transferred to the current branch-click Query-select the transfer reason-submit.
Approval process: the transfer-in organization of the transfer-in member (that is, the original League branch or the immediate superior administrator of the original League branch) was approved successfully.
2. "Transfer-out" is used to transfer the organizational relationship of the members of the League branch to other league organizations.
Operating Steps: Select the name of the transfer-out member-Select the name of the new organization to be transferred (Youth League Committee/Youth League Working Committee/Youth League General Branch or Youth League Branch)-Select the transfer-out reason-Submit.
(1) Premise: If the selected organization is the Youth League Committee/Youth League Working Committee/Youth League General Branch.
Approval process: transfer to the Youth League Committee/Youth League Working Committee/Youth League General Branch Administrator for approval-after approval, the administrator will receive the approval message of assigning the Youth League branch-just assign new members to join the Youth League branch.
(2) Premise: If the selected organization is a league branch.
Approval process: the transfer-in organization (i.e. new league branch or immediate superior administrator) is approved.
Five, how to import cadres in batches?
The League branch administrator clicks the "League Member Management"-"Add League Members" menu (League Committee, League Working Committee and League General Branch click "Add League Cadres" on the administrator's homepage) to enter the "Add League Members" page to import League cadres in batches;
Step 1: Click "Import Template Download" to download "Smart League Building Import Communist Youth League Cadre Data Template". xls ";
Step 2: the administrator fills in the form according to the format requirements of the imported template;
Step 3: The administrator clicks the "Select File" button to pop up the system file selection box, select the file to upload, and click the "Open" button;
Step 4: The administrator clicks the "Upload" button to upload the Excel form to the system;
Step 5: After the upload is completed, the system will give the upload result prompt: "xx member imported successfully, xx member imported failed" and the reason for the failure;
Step 6: Download the Excel table of failure reasons fed back by the system, and the administrator can modify it according to the prompts in the failure table and upload it again.
6. Can personal information be corrected if it is wrong?
The personal information of members and cadres can be modified, and there are three ways to modify personal information:
The first kind of members modify themselves, and the modification needs the approval of the administrator of the organization, and it will take effect after approval;
The second type is modified by the organization administrator and takes effect directly after modification;
The third type is modified by the administrator of the immediate superior organization and takes effect directly after modification.
7. When registering as an administrator, you will be prompted that "the administrator registration code you filled in is not the registration code of XX organization". How to solve this problem?
(1) The administrator registration code is case-sensitive. Please check whether it is wrong.
(2) The administrator registration code corresponds to the institution one by one. Please click "Back" to check whether the selected organization is accurate.
(3) The management code may have been used by others or exceeded the validity period, so it is necessary to ask the superior to regenerate the administrator registration code.
8. After logging in, when viewing and improving the organization information, you will be prompted "Name and ID card authentication failed, please modify and re-register". What should I do?
At present, when improving the information, the secretary's account number must be verified first, and the failure of verification is indeed rare. It is suggested that the deputy secretary or someone in other positions be the secretary first, so as to establish the subsequent organization tree. You can change secretaries in the future.
