Glutinous rice/cooking practices
Wash glutinous rice and soak for four hours.
Pour water into the rice cooker, spread a clean cloth on the steamer, drain and steam the glutinous rice, and cover the cloth around the glutinous rice. Steaming for a while and boring for a while.
Wash and soak dried mushrooms, remove diced meat (left after mushrooms are soaked in water) and minced meat (usually three parts of fat meat and seven parts of lean meat), cut fried dough sticks into small pieces (smaller) and chop onions.
Pour oil in a hot pan, add diced mushrooms and stir fry.
When you smell the fragrance of mushrooms, add minced meat and stir fry, add sugar and cooking wine, add water to soak mushrooms, and add some water if it is not enough.
