Hanshan Teachers College is an undergraduate normal college in Guangdong Province, a university jointly established by Guangdong Province and Chaozhou City, and a governing unit of China Entrepreneurship Education Alliance of UNESCO, located in Chaozhou City, a national historical and cultural city.
Hanshan Teachers College was founded in the 29th year of Guangxu reign in Qing Dynasty (1903), formerly known as Huichaojia Teachers College. Its predecessor can be traced back to the "Hanshan Academy" established by hipsters in the 5th year of the Song and Yuan Dynasties (1090) to commemorate Han Yu, a great writer in the Tang Dynasty, and it was renamed "Hanshan Academy" in 192 1. 1949 was renamed Hanshan normal school, 1958 was upgraded to higher normal college, and 1993 was upgraded to undergraduate normal college.
