Composition:
Durian 50g, chicken 1 piece, ginger slices 10g, walnut 50g and red dates 50g.
Exercise:
1. Wash the chicken first, peel it, put it in boiling water, and chop it into large pieces; Soaking walnut kernel in water to remove oily smell; Wash red dates and remove the core; Durian peels off its tender skin, leaving a large skin.
2. Take the pulp and cut the skin into small pieces. Put chicken nuggets, walnuts, dates, durian peel and durian meat into a pot and boil them in water.
3. Add ginger slices, boil over high fire, then simmer for 3 hours, add refined salt and a small amount of monosodium glutamate to taste.
Efficacy:
This soup has the effects of nourishing blood, benefiting qi and nourishing yin. Suitable for people with different constitutions, especially in autumn and winter.
(2) Braised ribs with durian
Composition:
500 grams of durian, 250 grams of lotus root, 250 grams of ribs, 4 red dates, a piece of ginger and a proper amount of salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash and blanch the ribs; Durian meat, ribs and lotus root are put into a pot, and red dates and ginger slices are added;
2. After the fire is boiled, simmer for 3 hours, and add refined salt and a small amount of monosodium glutamate to taste.
Efficacy:
Delicious and moist, it is clear soup. Soup is nourishing but not dry, mild in nature, and has various dietotherapy effects, nourishing blood, benefiting qi and nourishing yin. Because of its high calorie, it is not suitable to eat more.
(3) Braised crucian carp soup with durian kernel
Composition:
5-6 durian kernels (about 400g), 2 crucian carp kernels (about 400g) and 3 ginger kernels.
Exercise:
1. Wash durian kernel; After slaughter, the crucian carp is washed and fried with slow fire until both sides are slightly yellow. Then put them in a casserole with ginger,
2. Add the right amount of water, bring it to a boil, then simmer for 2 hours, add the right amount of salt and a little oil.
Efficacy:
This soup is moist but not greasy, and has the effects of invigorating spleen and promoting diuresis, harmonizing middle warmer and stimulating appetite, promoting blood circulation and dredging collaterals, warming middle warmer and lowering qi.
(4) Dried durian and sea coconut bone soup
Composition:
500g spine, one durian shell, two durian kernels, sea coconut 1g, 2g almond, appropriate amount of yellow wine, and appropriate amount of salt, onion and ginger.
Exercise:
1. Put the spine in boiling water to remove blood, put it in a pot with cold water, and blanch the remaining blood with onion ginger and yellow wine.
2. Take another pot of water, boil it and put it into the spine. Remove the prickly layer of durian shell and cut it into small pieces.
3. Add about two spoonfuls of yellow wine to the bone soup. Rinse the sea coconut and almond with running water and put them into the pot.
4. Put the durian shell and durian core into the soup pot. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and simmer for 45-60 minutes. Just add the right amount of salt before drinking.
