In violation of the relevant provisions of the school, depending on the seriousness of the case, give informed criticism, cancel the qualification of the award, revoke the honorary title and other penalties accordingly, and investigate the responsibility of school leaders and the supervision responsibility of relevant departments. For in-service teachers who violate relevant regulations, depending on the seriousness of the case, they will be given criticism and education, admonishing conversation, ordering inspection, informed criticism and even corresponding administrative sanctions;

4. Paid remedial classes have always been one of the difficult problems in China's educational governance. Although the Ministry of Education and other ministries and commissions have begun to introduce a number of norms from the aspects of reducing students' burden, quality education, building professional ethics and standardizing fees, the problem of making up lessons has not been effectively managed;

Second, the impact

1. The teachers in the school belong to the teachers in the system. Teachers have the right to make up lessons, and there will be stakeholders, which should be avoided in all walks of life. In-service teachers make up lessons privately, and the teacher qualification certificate will be revoked in serious cases;

Third, the legal basis

1. Article 33 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors: Schools shall cooperate with the parents or other guardians of underage students to reasonably arrange their study time and ensure their time for rest, entertainment and physical exercise;

2. Schools shall not occupy national statutory holidays, rest days and winter and summer vacations, and organize collective remedial classes for underage students in compulsory education to increase their learning burden.
