Matters needing attention
1. White radish is spicy. You can first blanch the white radish with boiling water, then drain it and cook it in a pot, so as to remove the pungent taste of the white radish.
2. fresh pork bones can be used instead of ribs, and the soup will be fragrant, sweet and more nutritious.
Don't stew carrots and white radishes together, otherwise the nutrients in white radishes will be destroyed.
4. White radish is cold and not suitable for people with weak spleen and stomach. When taking ginseng tonic, you should avoid eating white radish.
