Teppanyaki Chicken Crispy Bones
〖Ingredients〗One box of chicken crispy bones, appropriate amount of dried chili, one carrot, 50g peanuts, 5 cloves of garlic, a bunch of ginger, three coriander sticks, salt 3g, two spoons of light soy sauce, two spoons of oil, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of cumin powder, appropriate amount of chili powder, 2g of sugar
〖Method〗Buy a box of fresh chicken crispy bones!
2. Rinse the chicken bones under tap water. The ones I bought are fresh and have no fishy smell at all! Very good to clean! After washing, add salt, light soy sauce, oil, cumin powder, pepper powder, chili powder, and a little sugar and mix well! Marinate for about fifteen minutes!
3. What I bought were native carrots from the countryside! One carrot is enough, peel the carrots and cut them into equal-sized strips!
4. Prepare a plate of dried chilies. This dried chili is made from fresh chili padi that I bought myself and dried in the sun. It tastes more fragrant and spicier than the dried chili that I bought!
5. Wash the dried chili peppers, remove the stems and cut them into three sections! . Get a plate of fresh peanuts ready! .? Slice the garlic and cut the ginger into shreds!
6. Heat the pot and put enough oil in the pot to cover the crispy chicken bones! Remember to turn on low heat and fry slowly! Otherwise, things will be fried easily!
7. Put down the peanuts and fry them first! Peanuts are easy to cook. You can pick them up after putting them down for about a minute. Otherwise, they will be burnt and cannot be eaten!
8. Take out the fried peanuts, add carrots and fry for two to three minutes! Just collect the water from the dried carrots!
9. After frying the carrots, take them out of the pot, then put the crispy chicken bones in and fry them. This can only be fried slowly over medium-low heat, until they are golden brown and begin to dry, then take them out of the pot!
10. When these are fried, clean the pot and add a small amount of clean oil! Put the carrots, garlic slices, and ginger shreds together and stir-fry a few times!
11. Add the fried chicken crispy bones and stir-fry together! Finally, add the fried peanuts and chili and stir-fry evenly! Add a little more soy sauce and oil to adjust the flavor!
12. Put the iron plate on the stove and turn on low heat. When the iron plate is hot, put a little oil on it! . Then spread the washed coriander evenly on the iron plate, and sprinkle a little barbecue powder to increase the aroma!
13. Finally, pour the fried spicy chicken crispy bones into the iron plate! A delicious, super rice-flavored iron plate spicy chicken crispy bone is ready! Really full of color, flavor, and two big bowls of rice! Ha ha ha ha! If I don’t gain weight, I won’t be able to handle this dish anymore!
〖Tips〗Be sure to control the heat when frying the three ingredients. Do not over-fry them. The crispy chicken bones must be fried dry. There is no need to add water to this dish! There is no need to add any more salt when you take it out of the pot, because when you marinate the crispy chicken bones, the flavor is just right!
