He studied at the age of 8, dropped out of school at the age of 12 because of his mother's death, and went out to make a living in Hong Kong at the age of 13. 1924, Fan went to Singapore to work as a rubber worker. His salary is so low that he cannot make a living. He 1932 went back to his hometown to pick up the goods with his father. 1In the spring of 933, Fan Jingren was introduced to Guangzhou to join the 19th Route Army and was re-elected as a private in the 29th1regiment of the 49th Division. /kloc-in the spring of 0/934, Fan Wei and some soldiers of the original 19th Route Army revolted, joined the Chinese Red Army of Workers and Peasants, served as soldiers in the 1st battalion of the 13th Regiment of the Red Army, and participated in the 25,000-mile Long March. On the way to the Long March, I took part in the famous Battle of Loushanguan. /kloc-0 arrived in northern Shaanxi with the Red Army in June, 935, and joined China in the same year. Later, he successively served as the guard platoon leader of the First Resident Hospital of the Red Army in northern Shaanxi, the guard platoon leader of Commander Zhu De of the 18th Army Command, the battalion commander of the 4th Battalion of the First Branch of the Anti-Japanese Military and Political University in Southeast Shanxi, the battalion commander and section chief directly under the Political Department of the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Military Region, and the section chief of the quartermaster of the New Fourth Brigade.

After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), Fan Wei successively served as the director of the manager's office of Qiqihar Railway Bureau, the director of the garment factory in Songjiang Province (old province name, now southeast of Heilongjiang Province), the military representative of the salt affairs office in Hankou, Hubei Province, and the director of the comprehensive office of Hengyang Railway Bureau. Director of Engineering Department of Guangzhou Railway Bureau, Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Guangzhou Railway Bureau, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of Supervision Committee of Guangzhou Railway Bureau, inspector and consultant of Ministry of Railways in Guangzhou Railway Bureau, etc. /kloc-0 retired in 1982,/kloc-0 died in Guangzhou in March 1986 at the age of 80.
