One section of lotus root, half a catty of ribs, one piece of ginger, one piece of star anise, a few pieces of pepper, salt and pepper.
Exercise:
1, ribs washed, blanched, rinsed and put into casserole.
2. Wash the lotus root, peel and cut into pieces, the same size as the ribs, and put it in a casserole.
Beat the ginger flat, and put the star anise and pepper into the pot.
Add water to the pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
