The first meal: braised chicken rice

Preparatory work:

Steps:

5. pour clean water, don't pass the chicken pieces.
6. Add mushrooms, potatoes, a spoonful of white pepper and salt. After frying, cover the pot and cook for 15 minutes. Remember to stew slowly.
7. Add appropriate starch water to thicken the soup and help it thicken.
8. When about one third of the soup is left, add the green pepper and stir-fry until it is broken.
Sophora japonica leaf porridge: take a proper amount of water, pour the corn grits into the water and stir until the water boils (to prevent the pan from sticking). When the water boils, turn off the fire and cook for 20 minutes.
