Selection of jujube
Choose a good jujube with soft texture and suitable for direct consumption. Jujube is the first choice, and peeling is convenient and not tiring. Hotan jujube and Cele jujube are good choices, but Ruoqiang jujube and Leling golden jujube are not suitable.
steaming
Peel and core the jujube, steam in a steamer for about 5 minutes, and turn off the heat. If it is not steamed, it can be mashed directly, but the taste may be slightly lighter and the storage time will be shorter.
spread
Put the steamed dates into a blender and add a proper amount of water (about 10ML water for one date). If you are not sure about the amount of water, you can pump water while beating with a hand-held mixer, which is more convenient!
Proper packaging
Beat until the jujube paste is fine and sticky! Put a portion of jujube paste of about 100ML into the clean box of baby food supplement and put it in the refrigerator for about ten days.
Surplus utilization
Don't forget to keep the remaining jujube peel and stone! Bag them and put them in the refrigerator for about a week. Jujube peel can be used to make Ejiao Guyuan ointment. If it's too troublesome, you can use fried black sesame seeds and water to make a paste for adults to drink. If you are a little lazy, just eat, it tastes good!
