Ingredients: white jade box tofu
Ingredients: minced ham, shrimp, minced meat, green beans, medlar, straw mushroom rice, eggs, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion and broth.
Seasoning: salt, chicken essence, pepper, salad oil and water starch.
Cooking method:
1. Dice the white jade tofu for later use, and add salt, cooking wine and eggs to the shrimp for sizing;
2. Set fire to the pot and pour some oil. When the oil is hot, pour in Jiang Mo and stir it a little. Add minced meat and stir-fry until cooked. Pour in the right amount of broth and boil. Add straw mushroom rice and minced ham, and season with salt, chicken essence and pepper. Thicken water starch, add brine shrimp, mung bean, tofu and medlar and cook. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and take out the pan.
