3. Heat the oil pan, add a little ginger and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
4. Add crab pieces and stir fry.
5. Stir-fry the crab a few times and add some cooking wine.
6. Add soy sauce and stir fry several times.
7. Pour a little water, cover and cook the crab.
8. After the crab soup is slightly collected, break up the eggs and pour them in circles along the edge of the pot.
