Daliang Bonsai Association was established in 1985. Although it is a town-level association, it has produced many famous Lingnan bonsai artists such as Huang Zhenrui, Ye Fen, Han Xuenian, Luo Hansheng, Liang, etc., as well as flying over the shady cliff (sparrow plum), flying over the moon (murraya), surviving (banyan tree) and the fittest. During the preparation for the exhibition of works by members of Daliang Bonsai Association, Zeng Anchang, Luo Hansheng, Peng, Han Xuenian and five friends of Shunde Bonsai proposed to form the "Lingnan Bonsai Crazy Friends Association" to hold the Bonsai Exhibition together with Daliang Bonsai Exhibition, in order to exchange ideas, learn from each other's skills, prosper Shunde Bonsai Art and enhance the influence of Shunde Bonsai.
A total of 2 18 bonsai works presented by five "crazy friends of Lingnan bonsai" and members of Daliang Bonsai Association were exhibited in this joint exhibition, with rich tree species and various forms. There are not only traditional Lingnan-style natural trees, cliffs, fishing for the moon on the sea, hanging on the wall, Shui Ying, crooked trees, lying pots, floating clouds, rain feet, even withered forests, high floating and picturesque, but also a small number of landscape bonsai, drought bonsai and newly created works attached to the wall. It is particularly worth mentioning that there are also works made of exotic materials such as wooden boards and tempered glass, which are refreshing and amazing.
More than 500 guests from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao bonsai circles attended the welcome banquet and visited the exhibition.
