How to dry beans

Dried beans have a texture and flavor that fresh beans don’t have. The cooked dried beans are soft and chewy, and the unique aroma of beans is more obvious. Whether it is cooking or stewing, it is good to add some special ones. Eat, after finishing the last meal, think about the next meal.

At this time of year, the ambient temperature is suitable for drying beans. If the weather is hot and dry, beans can be dried in 3-5 days. Outdoor drying is faster, and indoor drying takes a few days later. Drying the beans is relatively convenient and trouble-free. You just need to put them on the balcony to avoid moisture. Use a cool net to dry them, and there is no need to turn the beans midway. Just collect them when the time comes.

The vegetable market in this season is the richest. A cart of fresh vegetables will be brought here early in the morning. They are usually sold out very early. If you go there at nine or ten o'clock, you won't see them at all. Recently, I have to go to the vegetable market early every few days. The vegetables at 6 or 7 in the morning are fresh and affordable. If your family likes to eat dried beans, they usually start drying them when the beans are cheap and wait until the beans are out of the market.
