Wipe the carrot into shreds with a shredding board (the thinnest board), and add an egg to the shredded carrot.

Add coriander powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onion, spiced powder and salt in turn, and mix well. Don't put too much salt to make it salty.

Add flour bit by bit and mix well in one direction. If there is no dry flour, add it and make it look like a picture.

Put more oil in the pot, take a wooden chopstick, take a big bubble and fry the meatballs until they are cooked. You can take a small spoon and scoop it into the pot. Be sure to turn down the fire, or it will explode.
