1. Wash and peel garlic first, and then press it into garlic paste.
2. Wash the onion with running water and cut it into chopped green onion with a knife.
3. Then wash the green pepper with running water and chop it with a knife.
4. Put chopped green onion, mashed garlic, chopped green pepper, sprouts and kohlrabi into a small bowl.
5. Add the bean paste into the bowl in step 4, as shown below.
6. Then add sesame oil, cooked sesame seeds and rattan pepper oil to the bowl, as shown below.
7. Stir well. If you feel too dry, you can add broth, or continue to add sesame oil and rattan pepper oil in equal proportion.
