Materials: 1 person, 1 crucian carp, 4 mushrooms, 1 box of tofu, 6 onions.
Accessories: 5 capsules of Lycium barbarum, 5g of cooking wine, salt and monosodium glutamate.
Step 1: Cut the crucian carp, wash and cut the mushrooms and tofu.
