1. Check whether the mobile phone is set to multi-user mode. If so, modify the owner password and enter the mobile phone to see if the application exists.
2. Will the desktop slide up into drawer mode? If yes, find the application in drawer mode; If you find an application, long press and drag the application icon to move to the desktop.
3. Clear the system desktop data.
ColorOS 12 and above: settings > applications > application management > application list > click ":"in the upper right corner to display system processes > system desktop > storage usage, and check whether it is restored after clearing data.
ColorOS7.0- 1 1.3 version: Settings > Application Management >; Application list > click ":"in the upper right corner to display system process > system desktop > storage usage, and check whether it is restored after clearing data.
4. After deleting some system applications by mistake, click "Settings >"; (application) > application management > the system can uninstall the application to retrieve it.
5. If the above methods can't solve your problem, it is suggested that you back up your data, restore the factory settings of your mobile phone or take the purchase invoice, warranty card and mobile phone to the nearest OPPO customer service center for testing and processing.
Tips:
① Clearing the system desktop data will reset the desktop layout and typesetting.
② Different models and versions may lead to inconsistent setting paths, and the specific paths shall be subject to the actual operation.
