Buy land in Fangxian County and settle down.
Kejia Courtyard is located at the mouth of Juyu River surrounded by mountains. According to records, hundreds of years ago, the river flowed from east to west, and the area around Ma Jiahe became gentle, forming a gossip-like scene of half water and half land. There is a lion's beak-shaped stone at the foot of the western hill of Kejia Courtyard, and there is an elephant head at the mouth of the Yu Lang River at the eastern end of the Courtyard. According to local legend, "the green lion and white elephant guard around Kejia compound, guarding their homes like wild animals."
The Kirsch genealogy clearly records the development history of the Kirsch family in Fangxian County. In the 13th year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1735), Ke Ruibing led a family of six from Wuchang to Fang Yi to make a living. Because of the long journey and exhausted travelling expenses, I had to beg along the way to Qinkou, but I didn't meet my relatives and my family fell ill. Fortunately, a family named Liu helped me.
After his illness, Ke Ruibing helped his family in Liu Jia for several years. Ke Ruibing studied in a private school and attached importance to education. He educated his grandson first and then studied in a private school. After more than ten years, the whole family has no worries about food and clothing and has savings. After being introduced, I bought two sets of old houses by the Huajiazhuang River in Qinkou Street, and have since settled in Fangxian County.
It was a peaceful and prosperous time, and Kejia flourished. On the one hand, they attach importance to reading, on the other hand, they change careers and get married. A few years later, by Ke Daoyuan's generation, the family had got rid of poverty and become rich. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, Ke Daoyuan bought the land from the horses.
