Pork floss and laver rice: steam the remaining rice for a while, spread it on laver, put cucumber, carrot, egg cake and sausage cut into strips, sprinkle with pork floss, roll it into rolls and cut it into sections.
The third day: Wednesday, Gordon Euryale red bean quinoa porridge, pumpkin jujube cake, boiled asparagus with thick eggs, apple swan and salted duck eggs.
Euryale ferox red bean and quinoa porridge: it is porridge reserved with an electric cooker before going to bed. You add Euryale ferox, adzuki bean, cooked Coix seed, rice, glutinous rice, quinoa and other ingredients, add water, and start the appointment porridge mode. Euryale ferox and adzuki bean are both difficult ingredients to cook, and it is easier to make an appointment. It's already warm in the morning, so you can drink it when you serve it.
Day 4: Thursday: milk corn juice, beef fried buns, cucumber mixed with peanuts, purple potato cheese bean cake, boiled eggs.
Milk-flavored corn juice: cut a fresh sweet corn into corn kernels, put it into a wall-breaking cooking machine with pure milk and clear water, and start the "corn juice" mode to make a fragrant and delicious corn juice;
Day 5: Friday: rice paste, steamed pumpkin, steamed dumplings, steamed egg soup, pitaya and salted duck eggs.
Rice paste: This method is very simple.
