The origin of Nanxiang Xiaolong is mainly distributed in nanxiang town, Jiading District, and then extended to Jiading District, Shanghai Yuyuan Old Town God Temple and other places. Huang Mingxian, founder of Nanxiang steamed buns, was born in nanxiang town, Jiading District. In his early years, he opened Ri Huaxuan Pastry Group Store and operated Nanxiang Big Steamed Bread. Huang Mingxian picks steamed bread for sale in Guyiyuan every day. Guyiyuan is famous for its delicious taste and popularity. Bosses come to Guyi Garden to sell big meat buns, which affects the business of Huang Mingxian, and it is not a person's patent. So he adopted the method of "big meat with thin skin stuffing, big meat with small meat", using refined white flour as thin skin, and then using refined meat as stuffing without monosodium glutamate. In order to make it fresh, he cooked the skin with chicken soup and mixed it with frozen meat.
