Accessories: 50 grams of peas, 5 grams of green peppers and 60 grams of eggs.
Seasoning: cooking wine 5g salt 2g pepper 3g starch (pea) 10g sesame paste 50g each.
How to mix shrimp with salad:
1. Wash shrimps, absorb water, put them in a bowl, add yellow wine, refined salt, pepper, egg white and cornflour, mix well, put them in a warm oil pan, scrape them off and drain the water.
2. The green pepper (sweet yellow pepper) is pedicled and seeded, washed and diced, and the peas are taken out. Drain the water after supercooling.
3. Put all the materials into the dish and mix well. Pour in salad dressing.
