Introduction to the recipe
White jade roll, maybe friends can't think of what ingredients it is made of, but it is actually made of white radish and cabbage. I gave it a beautiful name-White jade roll, crystal white radish and green cabbage leaves. If you roll them up, isn't it just white jade roll? Ha ha. Radish and cabbage are very common ingredients, and we can make them grow into graceful ones with a little thought, and turn them from ordinary village girls in Shan Ye into beautiful and moving city beauties. . . . . . The method is very simple. The key is to adjust the juice. I use Chili oil, dried fruit Chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil to adjust the hot and sour juice. I put one with chopsticks and stick it on the sauce to eat, which is very appetizing. . . . . .

3. Spread out the cabbage leaves, cut off the irregular and redundant leaves, and put in the shredded radish.
4. Roll it up and cut it into two pieces from the middle.
5. Mix the juice, and mix the dried fruit chilli sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar and Chili oil evenly.
6. Just pinch a sticky juice when eating. Haha, one bite is quite refreshing.
Tips
1. You don't have to put lemon juice. I just added a few drops when I saw lemon, to increase the fragrance.
2. The dried fruit chilli sauce I use contains dried fruit pieces such as white sesame seeds, peanuts and walnuts, and nothing else. If you don't have this sauce, you can make the juice at will, as long as your family likes it, and you can finish it without this sauce. However, you can put some cooked white sesame seeds in the end. It tastes delicious in your mouth.
