Steps of crayfish with garlic paste
1.? Crush half a catty of garlic with a vegetable cutter for later use. Wash and trim the crayfish, and don't remove the tendons from the cheeks and tail, or the meat will be burned as firewood!
2.? Put some cooking oil in the pot and stir-fry the crayfish a little.
3.? No water, we use beer instead! If you like a lot of soup, put a bottle and a half, otherwise a bottle will be enough, and no lobster will do!
4.? After the fire boils, add sugar, salt and extra garlic ~ and keep the fire.
5.? You can taste it bit by bit during the juice collection ~ and adjust the proportion of salt and sugar! Personally, I prefer salty and fresh with a little sweetness!
6.? When you receive the right amount of soup, add a little chicken essence ~ turn off the fire, cover the lid and suffocate for 5 minutes to make the crayfish more delicious!
