Select the text you want to change, format-text direction, select the direction you want to change, and then click OK.

Method 2:

If the text direction does not have the desired direction, you can try to insert a text box, enter the text whose direction you want to change, and then change it to the desired direction by rotating the text box.

Choose the way of WordArt, insert WordArt, and then change it to the desired direction by rotating WordArt.
