Steamed Cantonese-style sausage
Ingredients
100 grams of Cantonese-style sausage
Adequate amount of shredded ginger
Adequate amount of salt
Appropriate amount of soy sauce

Note: My taste is on the heavy side. The taste depends on personal preference, you can also omit soy sauce for a more original taste.
