2. Measurement size: According to the actual size of the mounting hole on the back of the acrylic blister light box, determine the fixing point for installing the acrylic blister light box. There are three situations:

A, used for aluminum-plastic plates, wood blocks, iron plates, etc. , the wall can be directly fixed with screws;

B, general cement wall or brick wall, first with an impact drill hole, and then fixed with expansion screws.

C, for the wall is ceramic tile, marble, glass, etc. You can drill through the surface with a glass drill first, then drill the expansion screw hole, and then fix the acrylic plastic light box.

D, for the acrylic plastic light box that needs to be hoisted or hung, after selecting the installation position, determine the fixing point for installing the acrylic plastic light box according to the actual size of the installation hole of the acrylic plastic light box, and then install the spreader and connect the ground wire.

3. Wiring: The outlet end of the power cord of the acrylic plastic light box is on the back. If the power supply of the acrylic plastic light box is on the back of the acrylic plastic light box, you can cut off the plug of the power cord and connect it directly.

The joint is fastened with a special insulating sleeve; If the power supply is outside the location where the acrylic plastic light box is installed, the power supply lead of the acrylic plastic light box can be connected to the edge of the acrylic plastic light box, and then the power supply can be plugged in with a three-phase plug.

4. Fix the acrylic plastic light box: open the top cover of the light box and install it at a fixed point (that is, drill a hole in the power cord position of the acrylic plastic light box base with an electric drill, reinstall the power cord and adjust it to a horizontal state with a level meter);

5. Power on and try to light, and clean the surface of acrylic plastic light box.

Matters needing attention during installation:

1. In the process of manufacturing and transporting plexiglass light guide plate, extreme care should be taken to prevent the light guide plate from cracking. If the light guide plate needs to be stored for a long time, please prevent it from being stored in a dry, flat and tidy place.

2. If fingerprints or dust are attached to the surface of the light guide plate, when it is necessary to clean the light guide plate, it should be gently wiped with soft textiles after wetting. Wear cotton gloves to avoid leaving any handprints and scratches on the surface of Aixing light guide plate.

3. Do not use sharp tools when removing the protective film on the surface of the light guide plate.

4. When installing the light guide plate, handle it with care and pay attention to safety.
