Preparation materials: 1000 grams of beef, 500 grams of white radish, 200 grams of shiitake mushrooms, 6 Chaotian peppers, 2 coriander stalks, 1 small piece of ginger, 5 cloves of garlic, 2 star anise, 20 grams of bean paste, 10 ml of soy sauce, 8 g of salt, 5 g of sugar, 5 ml of cooking wine, 20 ml of cooking oil, 5 g of chili powder, 5 g of white sesame seeds, 1000 ml of water, and 5 g of dried chili pepper.
1. Cut the beef into cubes, the white radish into cubes, the shiitake mushrooms into cubes, the ginger into slices, the garlic into mince, the dried chilies into sections, the coriander into sections, and the small red chilies into sections.
2. Pour the beef into the pot with cold water, then add half of the ginger slices and cooking wine into the pot, blanch the water, then take it out and set aside.

6. Blanch the white radish in water, then take it out and put it into a casserole.
7. Blanch the mushrooms, take them out and place them on top of the white radish and set aside.
8. Take out the pressed beef, put it on top of the mushrooms, and then pour an appropriate amount of stew soup.
9. Place dried chili noodles, minced garlic, and white sesame seeds on top of the beef.
10. Pour in hot oil and sprinkle with coriander and small red pepper.
11. Finally, put the casserole on the hot pot and start it.
