Prepare ingredients
2. Wash the gourd, peel it, cut it and remove the seeds inside.
3. Slice the gourd into a bowl for later use.
4. Dice the pepper, dice the garlic, fry and slice.
5. Heat the pot, add peanut oil, saute pepper, ginger and garlic, and add salt.
