You can drink a liquid diet such as porridge or soup that is easy to digest and absorb!
The general principle is that the diet is soft and easy to digest, regular, three meals a day, no hunger, no drinking, no tea, no coffee, no milk, no smoking, no stimulating things, such as peppers and garlic, and no sour or salty food. Drug therapy: inhibition of gastric acid secretion; H2 receptor antagonist; such as
Cimetidine, ranitidine, famotidine, etc. It's not used much now. Commonly used proton pump inhibitors, such as omeprazole 20mg, are taken orally half an hour before breakfast and dinner, or lansoprazole 15mg, taken orally half an hour before breakfast and dinner, to protect gastric mucosa: 3 capsules of bismuth pectin are taken orally half an hour before meals, or Weiyangling oral liquid 10ml is taken orally half an hour before meals. The course of treatment is one and a half months to two months. To eradicate Helicobacter pylori, clarithromycin tablets and metronidazole tablets are taken orally three times a day (after meals). The course of treatment is half a month. Four therapies can be used: lansoprazole tablets, bismuth pectin capsules, metronidazole tablets and clarithromycin tablets.
